Добро пожаловать в русскую гостиную! *** Welcome to the Russian Lounge! Russian section is one of the six language sections at Pomona College. It accomodates students who are interested in learning Russian language and Russian culture. It also provides an environment outside of the classroom where students can practice their language skills. My name is Elvira Amirkhanova and I am the Russian Language Resident for the years 2008-2009. My goal here is to promote the Russian language and its culture through various entertaining activities (language tables, study breaks, special dinner and other cultural activities) Come regardless of your speaking level!
